Melody Bozinova

Melody Bozinova is a Ph.D. candidate at the Centre for Criminological Research at
the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Her research focuses on corporate
corruption, anti-bribery enforcement and comparative criminology. Her dissertation
explores prosecutorial decision-making through the lenses of legal storytelling and
narrative expressivism to understand the representations of corporate corruption and
anti-bribery enforcement in two jurisdictions. Melody holds a LLM from the
University of Lausanne with a focus on criminology and security studies.
